I should be able to go on XBL just fine. As for games, it depends on which regions its locked for (since there seems to be variation for 360 games); some American games works on Japanese systems.

I’m actually not getting the 360 for the purpose of playing fighters, but I’ve been meaning to get a 360 stick anyway.
