BTW I just wanted to say that the UFGT was a great time and anyone on the fence about attending should definitely attend next year because it was very well run and not overcrowded. This is coming from someone who is relatively newer to the fighting game scene. Don’t be intimidated. Get out there to some gatherings too. There is no subsititue for playing in person.
That’s not really a hard and fast rule. It’s not always +1 or +3. You need to try out counterhit setups, because some work, even though you’d need more than 3 more frames to connect an attack. Like Ken’s f+hk(overhead). It’s -1 on hit, but on CH, you can link a c.lp or srk. For some reason you get 4 extra frames on this CH.
3s is before my time. During its resurgence, I played Guilty Gear.

It’s possible command normals are just different. I don’t know. I’m just saying if you find something you can counterhit with, to test it in training mode, not just go off the frame data.
Skull Girls looks retarded im sorry, wtf is up with that loli animation? Some pedo decided to make a game for other pedos, its disgusting. Gameplay could be amazing but why go with that specific look that turns off a ton of people from playing it is beyond me.

I think it just appeared loli-esque because the first two characters they happened to animate were the jiggliest, most scantily clad of the cast. I think that the only two characters that are kind of young are Peacock and Umbrella
