I’ve been playing this game the entire time without some sort of backup assist. I usually play each character solo and my assists are mostly for combo extenders. Since I pay attention to the zoom on the game camera I kinda space myself appropriately and some how I win like that. My “main” team I guess is Cap/Wesk/Skrull. This team really sucks, but I’m somehow able to win with it. Cap has no support besides Wesker’s low gunshot for the unblockable. I usually spar with my buddy X-Ray who got Top 8 at Evo 2011 and he runs Mag/Doom/Ammy and somehow my solo Cap manages to go toe-to-toe with him and we go about even on the win/loss ratio. If my skrull gets snapped in, sometimes I pop the x-factor or I’ll just try to play him since raw tagging will just make him come back in.

Those were some good matches guys. Nasty my worries about your team are coming true. Your neutral game isnt cheap enough when you go against ppl that like to fill up the screen with projectiles and missiles drones, unibeam disruptor etc. Wesker is free to a screen full of projectiles. And i feel like anchor skrull can only do so much if the other two dont pull their weight.
Anyway, I have that trouble too sometimes and so im trying to learn some keepaway characters (loving dpool). Whats your take after your ft10 with joker? You sticking with your team (i saw you switch to IM halfway through) or are you gonna try something new? anyway, i hope ppl realize joker is better than he looked against justin wong in that FT10 (justin made all of japan look free at sbo, i dont know why ppl rip on joker for getting owned in a FT10 vs justin)
good matches, thanks for recording those shiro. you held your own vs marlinpie. but you gotta finish your plate. there was one instance where you let doom live after a reset cus you didnt inferno after meteor smash and he lived, and came back at the end to do some dumb marlinpie swag combo. but your taskmaster keepaway was pretty good vs that bitch viper.

I don’t doubt you’re a great player, don’t get me wrong.
And my talking was not about playing who you like. You could play point Wesker with Shield Slash assist, for example: the same characters, but differente assists/ sequence. And your team does not suck, ok? 
I remember you used to play Frank, a great char for Wesker and Skrull too. I was glad to play against you with this team, and it gave me good vibes.

I’m just saying if I’m beating people without having some kind of assist as backup then that’s just terrible. I don;t play Frank because I always get zoned out and I have no way to level him up besides TAC.

anyway, i found some matches of nickcam from summer jam. I really like this guys team. he literally plays my 3 fav chars, except he made them work. He shows you that skrull/sent is really good. I play skrull/sent/akuma and he makes me wanna get rid of akuma and play dorm/skrull/sent. anyway, watch, enjoy, and steal tech like i plan on doing.

Note sure if this should go in the combo thread or here, but I’ll just put it here.
This is mainly a test video for my set up, but I was trying to figure out a way to exceed 600,000 damage with Super Skrull from a grab with one meter, no assists, and no X-Factor. Can it be done? I’m only getting to 578,000 but the video is worth watching for Skrull fans and should help jump start your brain for ideas how to get max damage in the corner, most of this stuff you’ve probably seen before. Please let me know if you guys can get higher, I’m sure there’s something obvious I’m missing. Perhaps with Orbital Grudge? (Note: I recommend you watch in 720p)
