True story back then before arcade sticks were all the rage, I got a few Namco’s off ebay for 10-15 shipped and I got a TEKKEN 3 Hori for $4 shipped.
Those were the days.
Thanks Markman, Yes also got the Infamous 1 yen stick. That stick is well build and buttons arent bad too with joystick also.
Man the way u saying how those were cheap sticks back then would have bought shit load of namco’s but was working all the time too.

Time for Kuma Style
Wow… Tekken doesn’t get enough love on here are all, so, here’s MY baby: Kuma Style.
It’s a hella’ modded TE Round 1 stick. Kuma’s my main, so, obviously, he’s gonna’ be focal in my art, but, I also have people I sub on it as well. The outter color, artwork color scheme, and button and ball top colors are a throw back to the old T2-Tag cabinet colors. My first Tekken arcade game played was Tag, so, I like the nostalgia trip from it.

Finally done getting the art and plexi. The button art started to shift already after a couple hours of play but whatever.

Here’s mine. The hardest part was that I had no idea what I wanted for artwork and after messing with a few pics I ended up with this.
It’s gonna go on a T5 case w/ hrap2 layout. The most modding I’ll probably ever do since I have to rewire the pcb to sanwas.
I had my Boxer stick dual modded (thanks to Strogg) and aesthetically improved my other stick

Plexi finally arrived, trimmed the art to fit a regular plexi and bezel. Now, if I could only stop looking at the stick and start paying more attention to the actual game!!

Your design looks pretty nice. It seems to flow rather well too bad some of that stuff is gonna be under buttons.
Vanessa is one of my favorite kof characters especially in kofxi, hard to play but fun.
I haven’t switched out the buttons but I will when my T5 arrives. I went through some loops to get what I was wanting which was an hrap2 layout. I had to find someone that was willing to sell me there top since that guy who made templates no longer makes them due to some trouble. Now I just need to learn to solder and I’ll be set to go when it gets here.

Well you guys. I have just read every single post in both “check out my new arcade stick” part one and part deux.
Do I get a medal? 
Over those 700 or so pages I’ve gone from just collecting a few hints for replacing the artwork on my 360 SE stick
(which is all I planned to do originally)
…To ordering full replacement seimitsu buttons and sanwa stick for said SE
(At greater cost than the actual stick… hah)
…To planning out a full custom build for my next project.
