Check list before buying a ls-56 (TE S)

I made some search in that forum but didn’t found any relevant thread (or maybe I didn’t see them), so sorry if it’s a repost.

I gonna mod my TE S, but I don’t want to do any mistake with what I’ll buy, so I ask you guys (and girls!).

I know that the original mounting plate of ls-56 is not compatible with the TE, so which one is compatible?

And, which stick chose ? LS-56 or LS-56-01 ? AFAIK it’s the last one, but better safe than sorry.
