Petshop has to be one of the cheapest out there. I mean come on, if you’re banned in a game that’s already broken as it is, you got a problem. The birds just so fucking stupid.
Can’t get hit low, a lot of combos don’t work on him, his qcf+AA super is basically AHVB, he can fucking fly which means some characters have to work their fucking ass off to even touch him. All that among other things I can’t remember off the top of my head.
Petshop is pretty broken. It’s like being Vic Viper from Gradius, shooting shit all over the screen.
For the hell of it I say Luna from Vanguard Princess 1.01 (didn’t try 1.02 yet). Just jump at her and she’ll rape you before you can touch the ground. Also her sticker is distracting.

I dunno about other characters but it doesnt hit mao when she’s crouching. I crouch, stand up, walk forward, crouch, stand up, walk forward until I’m close enough to 1P him, which stuffs just about everything berserker does (and combos into 214P). And her 3P goes under his lazer, too. It’s annoying, but not unbeatable.

i was generally reffering to any character you think playabl or versus against (i should have mentioned no mugen sorry) but basically both whether playable or non.
and idk its been very long but i dont recall ivan ooze being so great but like i said i dont remember, but dudes need to check out gba2 great game and dark gundams my favorite dude but imho no one out cheaps him.

U.Rugal from CvS2. Those damn rising kicks do waaaayyy too much damage for being a normal special move (non-super). Vice can also be pretty scary with A Groove doing that multi-hit move during a Custom combo (watch the combo video in tobemorecrazy’s channel on youtube). Another one would be C.Akuma from Msh vs SF.
