nope - 1 frame is 1/60 of a second, so you cant time that with a normal move, plus elec has a better hitbox on top so most normals lose to it. sweeps beat it of course.

lots of stuff beat it on wakeup due to the startup time and no invincibility, if you can get it out you are good, but then they are messing up their timing.
not talking as a wakeup option, I just mean if you try to like mash it as a desperate AA attempt, the gaps let you hit it pretty easily. mash elec aa should be ex or hp.
lp elec aa is useful vs. divekicks if you buffer.

My bad, I was saying that Ken’s knee will beat it a lot, but I assume most crossovers with a good hitbox will beat it clean on wakeup and maybe just as a normal crossover when setup right.
