I don’t think Infiltration like the Akuma X Blanka matchup, so you might stand a chance as long as he doesn’t use Hakan, 
I actually like Blanka vs. Hakan

Have you fought a Hakan of that level? Of course there are a few players that know Hakan better than Infiltration, but there’s no Hakan player better than him.
Of course, you can always use Honda if you lose the first match…
his hakan doesn’t do anything special, and I don’t think he’s played a Blanka who knows whats up in the matchup.
So you would be more scared of his Akuma than his Hakan?
Infil didn’t look that confident against Riceata’s turtle blanka, so that is better than say having Xiao Hai in your bracket with Cammy. Only high level Blanka Infil probably plays is that one Korean Blanka (I forget his name) that is fairly aggro. Turtle Infil out to a win and your street cred will go up 9000 points.

I think if you’re going to evo and looking to make a mark, what better way then to send infiltration to losers. Even if you don’t make it out of pools you will be the king of the day. All the to players will be like THANK YOU for sending him to losers! If anything you should be like. Thank the gods i was able to get him in my pools! Blanka > akuma. I get favorable matchups! My mental game has really improved lately. When I sat down to play momochi at NCR I had the mentality that I was going to win, and I actually did fairly well even though my execution abandoned me a few times.
I feel the same vs. Infiltration, I know I have a path to victory, I just have to seize it. I’m studying how to beat him.
Started a YouTube series called BLANKA TIME where I play Blanka on GFWL and talk about the matches. Gonna plug this here once and won’t do it again but I figure some of you might get a kick out of it. Its really more for fun than anything (which is why I use alt 3) but if you want to tell me anything I’m doing right vs horrendously wrong that would be cool too. I realize microphone audio levels vs game audio is an issue and I already figured out how to fix it for the next episode. Future episodes are also going to be shorter.
On another note I hope to see some Blanka players at EVO. I played a lot of the free play casuals last year so if I see someone else playing Blanka I’ll probably strike up a conversation with you so we can talk about everyone’s favorite green man.
