Only possible because U2 (both versions) is charged in 42f instead of the 55f it takes for any other special move, Super or U1 for Blanka.
But the timing it’s pretty tight
Blanka’s jump is 34 + 4 pre-jump. You can add landing frames if you want but any move buffered during the landing frames gets executed immediately afterwards (except throw techs, which can be performed immediately). The extra charge time comes from impact freeze (the part that makes jump in OS work), and the hit-stun that allows you to link normals afterwards.

So if you do a j.HK you have, theoretically, 38f from the jump + 13f from hit stop (or impact freeze) + 4f for landing recovery and a few frames of frame advantage because of hit stun.
That’s over 60f, assuming you start the charge on the very next frame after the up + forward command, wich is almost impossible without a hitbox stick.
But you’ll have to discount the time that it takes to perform the U2 command and the startup for U2 AA, wich is 7f
Like I said, it’s pretty tight timing
Ground U2 (like on that combo video) it’s even worse, since it has 12f of startup
PS: Where do I find frame data for jump? I can’t find it anywhere
I wish there was an easy way to plink Ultra 1 after c.lk. I trust my execution enough to do c.mk, Ultra 1 or fully charged Overhead, Ultra 1, but not c.lk Ultra 1. I have maybe a 10% success rate with it in training mode.
Do you guys think Chun Li is.a good secondary for Blanka players?

I tought that Gen’s jump frame data would be different according to his stance, his Kick stance jump feels like shorter/faster.

If it helps, I get on some good hot streaks with landing that link when I sync in with Blanka’s foot. It sounds weird, but when his foot is back on the ground, from cr.LK, that is when you hit the punches. You can buffer the motion a bit before, but the very frame you see his foot come down is when I hit punch. I’m getting it about 45% of the time and at least 60% after really warming up in the training room. I hope that helps. If not, sorry 
Random question, but does anyone feel annoyed about blanka’s colours? Blanka’s a really cool character in that a different costume colour is like a completely different character, but some of them are so bad. Like colours 2, 8 and 9, which are all really ugly. I really wish that they could’ve used the yellow/yellow scheme from his alt 3 colour 10 - i would use that outfit were it not for the feathers. At least 3, 4 and 10 are great :woot:
Just have a go, there are two main colours to a blanka colour - his skin and his shorts/hair. Mess around with different colours, it’s a lot of fun.
I’m possibly the only Blanka player (or any SFIV player) to actually like his 3rd alt. costume.
It’s pretty funny, especially when his doing his balls and the feathers are rolling outside his hurt and hitbox.
I like the 3rd color, where the feathers seems to have lights on them.

Chun is actually very strong against Fei. Something that’s pretty much unique to her and Dictator honestly.
