Unless someone is sucking d_cks at the door I can’t imagine what the announcement could be that would make it worth while. 
Unless they have a working Tag 2 machine onsite. Besides you know I don’t prepay. The moment I do that almost ensures something will come up that prevents me from going. As good as FR is, it is not EVO. I love FR as much as the next guy, but what’s up with all this prepay hype? The thing isn’t until next year. Just my opinion.
It’s next year, but it’s only 4 months away. You don’t have to prepay if that’s not your gig. If you’re going though, it’d be a good idea to do so. There are actually a couple of big announcements coming up!
As somebody that has been to both Evo and FR, I choose to go to FR every year. Evo is fun for the glitz and glam, but FR feels like home to me =D
Prepay is the new hotness with major tournaments. That’s just part of the game now. It allows for a bigger budget to work with during the planning process. As much as it might annoy some people, it does present a much greater convenience overall (cheaper fee, faster processing at the door, better tournament atmosphere due to better materials, etc)
No bc of work… Later in the day I may be able to host some casuals though…
Hey Jv also don’t forget about the community has grown since 2004. Back then top numbers for 3s was 110 ppl which was enough for a 30 bucks venue fee, but now u got like 300 plus ppl wanting to enter SSF4 and MVC3 last year. So of course they have to get a bigger place for ppl to play at. Also dont forget u got all these other gaming companies at the tournament as well. Also the venue fee is 40 bucks which it was for last year so nothing as change as far as I know.
I know I’m just messing around. I don’t think I’m gonna go next year though. I think we are going on vacation this year. I am shooting for Hawaii or Greece.

I’m slammed this weekend and through the week until Friday most likely. I’ve got two projects + a test next week for one class, plus some school stuff to take care of. The semester is almost over already!! O_O

That’s a close guess. Seth and I went to a Waffle House afterwards and before we left I decided to play the song “Raisins In My Toast.” just to be a dick to everyone there. Well I didn’t have a quarter so I put in a five dollar bill because it was all I had. So then it plays the wrong song and also doesn’t give me change back either. Counter trolled.
