today i was just messing around, starting to learn a charge character, when i was trying to do their super, now i know most of them are charge back, forward, back forward etc, but i didn’t understand the motion cause i am a beginner, so trying it i came across something rather strange. anyone ever try to do their super by just going charge back, forward, qcf? it seemed to work for me, but one thing, i’m using an analog ps2 controller, and haven’t been able to confirm it on a stick, just thought i’d throw that out there, curious as to what the vets think/say.

u have to hit back to activate the special
u have less chance to screw up if u use hcb becuz sumtimes u jump when ur a begginer.
turn on the key display in the training mode.
i tried the key display but i hit the buttons too fast and i don’t think there’s a way to “scroll through” the buttons if you know what i mean, and using a pad, yes i do tend to jump and it makes me very upset when trying to do vega’s claw super.
:l::r::qcf:+:p: thats only six keys. i dont even know why you would need to “scroll” through it. it should be displayed perfectly on key display unless your execution just sucks ass.
