I just wanted a list of characters that have a wake-up / don’t have a wake-up. Please mention what wake-ups they have including any supers. Thanks in advance.

Yes they do. Except maybe bison, he’s got the worst crap ever. Psycho crusher and mega psycho crusher.
Okay. Not inluding supers, does every character still have a wake-up? Maybe I should have asked for AA wake-ups as that’s really what I wanted to know. Geif, without super, does not have an AA wake-up for example.

That also discludes the many characters with invincible frame’d shoryuken’s.

all characters (yes, even dan) have a move that they can use on wake up that has invincibility when performed at the right time…

Who says the wakeup has to be invincible, or even a special?

Only thing that beats wake up rc is throw (and level 3 etc).
Wakeup rc fireball is NOT safe => free punish if blocked.
