Me too, that’s one of the worst in my opinion. Or if you hit the wall late your precision is screwed up because you have to calculate panning, wich is very slow.

Playing with Vega I don’t know what to do sometimes
I agree that Vega’s wall dive gltches should be fixed ASAP. I’ve lost matches due to attempting an Ultra and watching Vega just stop before he reaches the wall.
Electric Attack still hits sweeps when too close so it forces you to keep (considerable) distance with sweeps. Wich makes you very slow, wich is easy to block. And very predictable because your (Vega’s) options are reduced to sweep and EX/ Super/ Ultra. After block, just start a new Electric session when closer for punishment…over and again until time runs out.
I’m not saying it’s impossible to defeat him with Vega, it’s just too easy for Blanka exploit it to stall.
That is my favorite move for blanka players that think it’s beastly. There is WAY too much that beats it. If a blanka player os comfortable using that attack, that’s your fault. You should be baiting it, because it’s free damage for you.

I feel that electric (along with SRKs, all reversals, etc) would be better handled if it was all toned down so they can’t be mashed out of everything an opposing character does.

I think you can also see what I meant earlier (spam electric ‘n’ move out), at the end of 2nd match against Vega.

had a guile jumping in on my sakura spamming air grab and i could never hit him, while he had free hits because i was in my punching animation
After some extensive testing (5 minutes with two chars), I’ve come to the conclusion that all characters are susceptible to glitchy wakeup hitboxes. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

also you can dash through Zangief and some other characters when they hit the ground after a juggle, this doesn’t come up very often in vanilla SF4 but I have discovered this while modding the game
I’m curious if Viper will keep her meterless sjc FADC. Originally I thought she might because of particular matchups that are just impossibly hard to land midscreen ultras on Gouken Honda Viper, but then again I think she might be selecting ultra two for those matchups now cause it looks a bit easier to land.
I don’t see why she wouldn’t since its kinda just an unintended perk of being able to SJC moves in the first place…and actually focus attacks are said to be slightly sped up so it should definitely still work.
Increase start up frames on grabs by a few frames, they have way too much priority and very easily abusive. Not every character in the game will have good Reversable options and some require EX meter. Same goes for command grabs, way too much priority. Also more time to Tech a grab, should’nt always be at the same time.
I think if they buff damage on all throws that would be fine, the easy escape from them isn’t bad, it’s the fact that when you land them it doesn’t mean as much as it should
