Character similarity suggestions

I wanted to know if you guys had an idea of the current available characters that would play relatively similar to Hakan from USF4.

There are obvious differences, but give a try to Birdie

Charge characters have always been meh to me. And Birdies character model is bleh but I think I might give him a try I could like his playstyle and then just buy his alpha costume

He’s mostly a command character

Yeah my comment about charge was related to M. Bison. I’m definitely going to take a look at Birdie though. Maybe he’ll click.
