dfist this one looks good. Just remember birdies face is more squished and his lips extensionsions bulge out in front of all features if put in profile.

StrangerToMe: Welcome to the challenge. Not a bad Vega you got there, and a pretty good Cody too. Looks like you a decent eye. My suggestions would be to try and do more planning and sketching before you finalize your lines. Plan out a drawing with basic shapes and forms, and then after you have those planned, then add details.
Switcher: Very creepy lookin Vega. Nice job. I think I would go one of two ways with the hatching that you are doing. Either spend more time on it so that it looks neater and more precise, or get rid of it all together and just use color to do the shadows. Right now it’s at kind of an awkward in between. Also, does he have too many fingers? How’d ya get that cool bloodsplatter effect for the BG? It looks real cool.
4neqs: Hehe, very funny sketch there. Sure, I’ll add both of your entries to the Mika gallery.
Bandit: Lol, is that Cody trying to pick up the knife with his feet? Pretty amusing. Watch your eyes here, they’re getting way close together. The Guy is great. Very cool dynamic pose. Hehe, you know I’ll forever be picking on you for line weights, but more variety would be good. 
Also, try using more interesting shapes for your shadows and highlights that make sense with how the cloth flows on his legs. Having the highlight only just on the very top of his legs flattens it a bit.
DFist: Wonderful Adon. Gotta respect the Adon win pose. Nice muscles too and a great example of using reference to your benefit and making your own thing out of it. My main crit would be that his ass is looking just a little on the flat side, kinda like it’s pressed against some glass or something. I think a smoother value transition would help that. Awesome Cody too; very naturalistic, and a good use of toned a toned ground too. Not really a lot to crit about this sketch. Maybe the stripes could be more even? The Birdie is plain awesome. I think I like the non blurred version more. Even though the blue helps make it more dynamic, the pose you did does a great job of showing the action in itself, so I’d rather lose the blur and get to see your paining more. Hehe, everyone else is right about the mustache; it’s not quite a Birdie 'stache. His flares all the way to the side of his face and connects with his side burns. It would have been cool to see that chain in the pic too, but we all know chains are suck to draw, so it’s ok. Great stuff.
Dan: Haha, that’s quite some Mika there. Hehe, what happened to all the white on her outfit?
CptMunta: Nice job for your first digital only pic. It will get easier with time, as your hand adjusts to the tablet and you get more familiar with how you can make it work with different brushes. I think a few more wrinkles here and there to show that she is wearing clothing would have been a nice touch. Doing clean inks in photoshop is something I never quite figured out, however. I hear painter has better tools for that. shrug
star: Cool Guy pic, and a pretty decent job with the muscles too. Hehe, I don’t think I’ve ever seen Guy happy before. I think slightly darker lines would look a bit better. Right now the linework is just a little too close to the fill color, so they tend to blend together a bit. Good lookin shoes too. I hate drawing shoes. Although, doesn’t he wear red shoes?

Heres the sketch I started to do and then quit because I’m just wasn’t interested anymore.
Concept was Vega ninja slapped Cammys phat ass. Seeing how as a doll she’s all serious she is all “OMG !” etc.
Huh? Wasn’t it Vega that gave her the scar in the first place? ;o
^ only in the Udon comic. IIRC according to SF canon, Bison (dictator) gave her the scar.

Scar’s on the left cheek btw. As rook said, most of the correct character representations (Cammy’s scar, Sagat’s eyepatch and scar, Necro’s tattoos) are from the 2p side sprites. There’s something about the chest and feet in this one as well, I suppose you could make the feet larger and the torso shorter and smaller. Not bad for a start.
