VSlash: Sweet new stuff man. I’m lovin this new wacky cartooney style. The Guy especially (the stylization on the face is awesome). I think showing a bit of his back leg might be good too, just so that it doesn’t look quite as much like he has a dangling foot right there. The Cody is quite cool too, but I think with as simple and graphic as you’re doing the characters, a simple graphic approach for the tornado would have been good too rather than the swirly blue effects. Cammy is cool, but not as strong as the others. I think she could use a bit more chin and a bit less ears. Great Mika pic. I agree with the comments that the others gave.
Switcher: Great pics there. The Guy is very dynamic. I agree that you should be careful about making your speed lines all go the same direction. The cody is very fun. Not much wrong with it at all. Maybe try to play with line weights more and get some thin and think going on.
BanditRev: Lovely Chun pic there. Beautiful coloring job. Watch your leg anatomy, it’s getting just a little odd looking there (although leg anatomy is quite difficult to get right, imo).
4neqs: Very funny Cody pic. Hehe, I never really thought about how weird it woudl be to have whole turkeys come out of oil drums, lol. Cammy is looking pretty good. Careful about drawing lines under eyes, it tends to age a character when you do that. Also, watch the position of her breasts, they look a little high.
Banditchain: Nice Blanka. Looks like you’re getting a little better with choosing your shadow shapes. Good stuff. Like mentioned, if you set your lines layer to multiply, you won’t get that white halo even if they aren’t properly cleaned. I think I would have given him some sharper teeth. The super straight teeth looks a little odd on a monster like him.
SFMC: Sweet Chun. One of my favs of yours so far. She’s got a nice additude going on there.
Cpt: Pretty good Chun, even if it is old. The foreshortening on that arm is just a little funky. Usually you only enlarge something so much if it is coming at the viewer, but the angle of the arm doesn’t really suggest that. Funny Dan pic. Looks like you had a little trouble with the angle of Hugo since you tried to draw him from a bit of a worm’s eye, but the view and shapes aren’t quite right. Don’t be afraid to use some reference like picking up an action figure and seeing what it looks like from that angle. Hehe, also be careful with his pupils; he doesn’t really look like he’s looking at Dan so much as something behind Poison. Nice Blanka pic as well. I like the white BG one more. He just didn’t quite fit with that BG you had him on. The way he’s standing doesn’t really work with that vine, balance-wise.
Rook: Cook Sak. Gotta love the taunt pose. Try to be a bit more consistent with your light source. With this pic, it’s hard to tell where it’s coming from. Love the sketch you posted too. You should definately try to finish that up. Great dynamic posing.
The Damned: Don’t go throwing people off now ^_~ Guy didn’t officially start on Friday, he was officially due on Friday, so it’s Cody week now.
