There isn’t much of Birdie in this pic because I ripped this page out of my sketch book, which is significantly smaller than the usual A4 size paper I’m used to working on. There wasn’t enough space to work out the pic properly and he just kept looking squashed. In the end I decided to just work with what you see up there 
as for the orange hair… it’s a long story. I’m referring now and then to my SFA2 strat guide for reference pics, and Birdie is shown in blue denim with orange hair. I decided to stick with his in-game yellow-gray gear instead, but forgot to colour his hair yellow accordingly. So yes, orange hair >:P
I’m still learning how to colour, I think I’m getting used to a style that works for me. Still trying to do what SFMC / Saigonradio says by using shapes when I colour – I haven’t internalized that yet, and I’m still trying to remember to build not only colour but also value so that the pic looks 3D (Birdie’s left forearm is pretty flat, on hindsight) But I’m glad to have all the input on how to improve.

Ron: nice Birdie pencils. I haven’t seen a pic of a cheerful, almost benign Birdie since Masahiko Nakamura’s work in the SFA2 manga.
Switcher: Chun looks fierce in that pic I don’t think you should be able to see so much thigh on both sides of the knee though… one or the other would work better, imho.
Seba: I love the psychological impact of this piece. Makes me wonder what she’s thinking about, and who’s she waiting for? Details are nice, esp on the little implied bg with the leaves and abstract shapes. My nitpicks (and these would be pretty minor) would be (1) she would look more elegant if she was just standing, and (2) the lantern would look more like a Chinese lantern if it was fatter rather than taller.

Man, so much has been posted and it would take forever for me to comment on all of it. I will say that everybody has been posting great entries. Of course Rook and Chain, beast respectivly. Im gonna try to get back into the swing of things here soon, I pretty swamped right now.
EDIT: I do have to point out Seba-boi, Man, I really like your style and choice of grey tones. It adds to the diversity of style we have here already.

seba- brilliant pic man. Yeah agree with rook about the leg. Either finish the whole picture with through with feet or cut it off with her standing there. Right now it’s throwing your composition and visual weight off. Overall I love it though.
bandit-Getting better with solidities on your drawings. Maybe work out the pose a bit more. Good stuff though.
chain-Fabulous Birdie. Onlt thing I see that you can add is flow. Love the pencil work man. One of your best pics yet.

Switcher: Good Chun you got there. I think the perspective of your breasts don’t match the position of her body. They way they are sticking way up past her collarbone and chin would only happen if we were looking at her from a much more extreme angle from below. Also, watch your structure around the pelvis. The legs meet up, but it’s hard to see how it is they would connect to the hips.
Mr. Twelve: Hehe, yeah, I totally feel you on the chains being annoying to draw thing. Hehe, my nickname actually comes from who I first used when I initially picked up alpha 3 though. I only used Gen and Guy to begin with, i.e. the characters with chain combos, so one of my friends said I was a chain whore.
Seba: Beatiful pic, man. I really like this a whole lot. Very good mood, and the hints at a background add a lot to the pic. My only real critique is that her head seems to be a bit to straight up. Even if a person is standing straight up, the neck tends to tilt forward a bit more than that. Let’s see that Guy pic!
Bandit: Good lookin Birdie. I think that the black mustache doesn’t quite fit the style of the rest of the drawing, since there aren’t any other black spots in it. Also, with how clean the rest of the drawing is, I think the extra marks you made on the metal things should go to fit with the clean look. The Chun is one of my favs of yours so far. The clean inks, and nice choice of colors are really workin in this one. Careful about that underbite lip thing. Seems to be a habit of yours
Rook: That Birdie is sweet as shit. Lovin the exaggerated musculature. Great sense of volume there. Good chain too! Where are the necklace and rings? You took away the man’s jewels, yo. I think if he had a wicked angry expression that would have really brought out this pic. Great job!
