Character help (various games)

ello guys, first off i’m new here have always been a fan of fighting games but never any good at them. some years back i managed to mod a ps2 i had and was able to acquire bunch of fighters i never got a chance to play. besides the lack of online play i was actually pretty damn happy, and even managed to learn jedah first in capcom
fighting revolution and then in the darkstalkers games .

recently i acquired a ps3 and various fighters and have been slowly trying to get competent at them.

with exception of jedah i’ve always had more luck with pixie characters, which leads to my question. What characters would you recommend that are either pure pixie characters or at least have enough pixie like qualities to them that might make mi initial learning process on these games easier?

the games are the following

injustice (so far i think green arrow might be the character to start with for me but not sure. i manage to sometimes pull some impressive things by my standards with batman)

ultra street fighter 4 ( i think i may have found my character in fei long last night but would appreciate any other input)

mortal kombat (9) ( so far im thinking smoke, i personally hate liu kang for some reason unknown to me)

blazblue continuum shift : (this is the one im clueless on. considering this is spiritual sequel to guilty gear games im lookign for somethign allong the lines of chip from the gg games)

I can only speak for USF4, but Cammy is the first thing that pops into my head when I think “pixie”. Decapre fits the bill as well and I guess you can throw Ibuki in there.

would like to thank you once again, after using ibuki today for first time i managed to get my first 2 wins online. :smiley: Now if only i can get similar results for the other games i’ll be a happy man

thankfully i know from experience i just do much better with pixie type characters. better suited to my style of play. jedah is the only non pixie character i’ve ever played that i had reasonable reults with. rather strange it was the first character i really learned, or at least as much as i will with my current skill.

now i need to put some more time into mk9 and figure the pixie in that roster, and same for injustice. i think i can figure out blazblue. that said im either playing the wrong characters or it seems much slower paced than guilty gear.
