http://scwu.blog59.fc2.com/blog-entry-664.html
SUNEO sasy that CC is around 95% done, but Arc System want to show it to some fair first(TGS?)
If ASW is involved, that’s definitely a good thing. It may mean that maybe, like AH3 before it, this game may eventually see release on PS3/360 some where down the road.
But any way, I’m thinking that “the fair” they have in mind is probably AOU (Arcade Operator Union) expo, which happens every February. At least, if they’re serious about making sure this game gets a decent arcade run, and not an immediate console release…
Kinda looks like MB/GG but too bad it’s Arcade only(?) for now.
If it’s any good I hope it’ll come to PS3 too, but it looks pretty cool.
For God’s sake just let me play as Catherine already.
On the other hand, I completely forgot about AM Show (which will be next month, and a week before TGS)…maybe that’s closer to what they have in mind…
Really hoping for a PS3 port, this looks really fun. Big thanks to umgogo for all the info.
Andriasang put up a good article relating to the people behind the game:
The Lin Brothers Discuss Chaos Code (andriasang.com, 08.12.2010)
I’ve heard about this game plenty of times, but I really haven’t been paying attention to it.
Holy fuck this shit looks awesome.
good, now more people will find out of this game
I completely forgot who I wanted to play in this game.
lol, wasnt the girl with the tonfas? or that was the one of hnana?
How did I not see this before :psyduck: shit looks awesome

Extra Ultimate Chaos
Fukiareru Bouhyou (Raging Ice Storm)
qcbx2+K
Kogashitsukusu Kairaku (Scorching Pleasure)

Destruction Chaos
Joukasuru Kagayaki (Purifying Brilliance)
qcf, hcb+AC
A big robot appears in the background and slams its fist into the ground, causing a thunderclap.
Notes
Moeagaru Shitto
"moeagaru" means “to burst into flames.”
Yakitsukusu Gouka
A more literal translation would be “Hellfire which burns/reduces (things) to ashes.”
Fukiareru Bouhyou
"fukiareru" means “to blow violently” or “rage” (as in “a raging storm”). “bouhyou” literally means “violent ice.”
Kogashitsukusu Kairaku
"kogashitsukusu" means “to burn something until something is reduced to nothing.”
Hikaru Otagi
Command attacks
Senshuuraku (Revolving Drop Kick)
f+B
Totsugeki Kyaku (Charging Kick)
d+B (in the air)
Souryuu (Twin Dragons)
standing far D, D
Special moves
High-Grade Knuckle (EX)
qcf+P/AC
The A version looks like Shen Woo?s Geki Ken (dashing punch), while the C version closely resembles Rock Howard?s C Hard Edge (qcb+C elbow charge to palm strike) The EX version (a ?mini-Shine Knuckle?) allows for juggles after hitting an airborne opponent.
Sou Kyuu Ha (EX) (Blue Sphere Break)
qcf+K/BD
Hikaru throws a smallish, blue orb at the opponent. The projectile travels at an arc, rather than straight ahead. The EX version launches two orbs, one after another.
Neppuu Sanrenkyaku (Hot Blast Triple Kick)
qcb+K
Raida Kyaku (EX) (Thunderstrike Kick)
dp+K/BD (can be done in the air)
Rising kick. The ground version, at least, travels upwards at approximately 45 degrees.
Kofuku Jin (Tiger ???)
d, d+K (hold K) (removed?)
Extra special moves
Zan’ei Senpuuga (Afterimage Tornado Fang)
qcb, P/K (?)
Dodge into shoulder tackle into ushiro geri (back kick). The correct command may be [qcb+P (dodge + tackle), K (kick)] or [qcb (dodge), P (tackle), K (kick)].
Resshin Houken (Earth-shattering Fist/Violent Earthquake Crushing Fist)
dp+P
Ultimate Chaos
Tenshou Raida Kyaku (Sky-Touching Thunderstrike Kick)
qcfx2+K
Six-hit version of the Raida Kyaku ending with a ?bicicleta?-like overhead kick (picture Rock?s Overhead Kick T.O.P. Attack) which knocks down.
Honshin Koshuu Kyaku (Transformation Tiger Assault Kick)
qcb, hcf+K
?Wa-taaah!?
Hikaru crouches low, placing one hand on the ground, then launches into a standard Bruce Lee/Dynamic Entry-like flying kick while engulfed in an aura shaped like a tiger?s head.
Extra Ultimate Chaos
Reppa Tenjutotsu (Splitting Wave Heavenly Incantation Thrust (?))
hcbx2+P
Hikaru grabs the opponent and attacks with a rapid-fire barrage of kicks, then finishes with a punch.
Kyuukouka Totsugeki Kyaku (Charging Dive Kick)
qcfx2+K (in the air)
Hikaru performs a dive kick, causing an energy eruption as he touches the ground.
Destruction Chaos
Choushin Rengeki (Super Divine Combination Strike)
qcf, hcb+AC
Standard-issue ranbu.
Notes
Tenshou Raida Kyaku
This version of “shou” means “collide”, “highway” or “important point.” However, Chun-Li’s “Tenshou Kyaku” (which uses a different kanji) loosely translates to “Kick which rises towards the sky”, hence my translation.
Kagari
Command attacks
Suri Geri (Grind Kick)
df+B
Kuuchuu Nage (Air Throw)
AC (in the air)
Izuna Otoshi.
Special moves
Shuriken ? Senkou (EX) (Shuriken ? Flash)
qcf+P/AC
Shuriken projectile.
Kasumi Nagi (EX) (Mist Cutter)
qcb+P/AC (repeat x2)
Short-range consecutive “Rekka” slashes.
Genjin (Illusory Blade)
dp+P
Basic rising uppercut.
Mugen (Haze Illusion)
qcf+K (press D to go low?)
Teleport move which appears to have (projectile) invincibility (at least on the start-up frames).
Mugen ? Utsuroi (Haze Illusion ? Fade)
qcb+K
Extra special moves
Kawarimi - Oboro (Body Replacement - Hazy)
d, d+P
Kagari assumes a “counterattack” pose. If struck, she disappears (leaving a cartoonish octopus-shaped stuffed animal behind ^_^) and then reappears above the opponent (the jumping attack seen in the introduction video may or may not be part of the move).
Shuriken - Rakurai (Shuriken - Lightning Strike)
qcf+P (in the air)
Aerial shuriken projectile.
Ultimate Chaos
Ougi ? Manji Senkou Ha (Secret Art ? Swirling Flash Break)
qcb, hcf+P
Kagari swings her ?lightsaber? at the opponent, sending out a multi-hit energy wave. Can be followed up with a combo.
Ougi ? Rasen (Secret Art ? Helix)
qcfx2+K
Kagari delivers a launching kick, then leaps after the opponent and performs an Izuna Otoshi.
Extra Ultimate Chaos
Ougi - Harinezumi (Secret Art - Hedgehog)
qcfx2+P
Kagari attacks repeatedly with prehensile tentacles (?) growing from the back of her armour. This attack will poison the opponent if it connects.
Ougi - Ryuusei Kyaku (Secret Art - Meteor Kick)
qcbx2+K (can be done in the air)
Single-hit dive kick during which Kagari is covered in a yellow aura.
Destruction Chaos
Hi Ougi ? Ura Rasen (Secret Esoteric Art ? Reverse Helix)
qcf, hcb+AC
?Metsu! Kore de saigo da! Zetsu!? (?Destroy! This will finish it! Eliminate!?)
Kagari strikes with a Tetsuzankou-like shoulder charge, then grabs the opponent and smashes him/her into the wall while crisscrossing the screen, finally dropping down on him/her with a foot stomp. Kagari discards her armour before the grabbing part, and every his is accompanied by a kanji (I believe they spell out the ?Rin, Pyoh, Toh, Sha, Kai, Jin, Retsu, Zai, Zen!? chant).
Notes
Mugen - Utsuroi
The “mu” used here means “fog”, while “mugen” (different “mu”) means “dreams and illusions.” “utsurou” means “fade” or “shift”, though the kanji used means “empty.” I assume that this move is either a teleport or a “fake” version of the normal Mugen.
Manji Senkou Ha
A “manji” is a swastika, but also a symbol for swirls and spirals, which compliments Kagari’s other move names.
Shuriken - Rakurai
"rakurai" means “to be struck by lightning.”
Rui Mishima
Command attacks
Spin Knuckle
f+A
Tokushu Enkyou K (Special far strong kick)
f/b+D
Back Sting

Special moves

Oni wo mo Hofuru Zangeki nari (EX) (Demon-Slaughtering Cut)
qcf+P/AC
Ten wo mo Misuru Kagayaki nari (EX) (Heaven-Enchanting Shine)
dp+P/AC
Kyouki ni Sogare Otsutsubomi nari (EX) (Diminished by Lunacy, Struck by Lightning)
qcf+K/BD (can be cancelled into the non-EX qcb+K)
Katachinaki Kage no gotoku nari (EX) (As a Shapeless Shadow)
qcb+K/BD
Extra special moves
Yomi no Izanai ni Yudaneru nari (Surrender to the Guidance to the Realm of the Dead)
hcb+P (when close)
Chi wo mo Kogasu Shien nari (Earth-Scorching Purple Flame)
qcf+P (in the air)
Aerial projectile which can be aimed horizontally or diagonally down (one is A, the other C).
Ultimate Chaos
Nanji Kuruwasu Imi Tsuki nari (Moon which Strikes Thee Mad with Grief)
qcfx2+P
Large, vertical half-circle slash. It looks similar to MotW Freeman’s Overkill or Samurai Spirits/Shodown Basara’s Kagemai - Yumebiki finisher.
Saka Manji Raikou Ha (Reverse Swirling Thunder Flash Break)
qcb, hcf+P
Energy wave which appears some distance away from Vein and then moves towards him. Useful as a combo extender, like Kagari’s Ougi - Manji Senkou Ha.
Extra Ultimate Chaos
Owari wo Motarasu Soujin nari (Twin Blades which Bring About the End)
qcbx2+P
?Muda da.? (if triggered) ?Owari da.? (?Useless.?) (?It?s over.?)
Counter move. If it is triggered, Vein dashes ?through? the opponent twice, slashing for seven hits.
Togabito Metsusuru Ankoku nari (Darkness which Destroys the Guilty)
qcfx2+K
Vein summons a circular aura which appears at ground level and travels forward slowly. The travel range is limited, but if the opponent treads on it (or attempts to jump over it?), a multitude of ghostly hands emerge from it and reach upward for several hits. Another zoning tool in Vein’s arsenal.
Destruction Chaos
Tsukiyo ni Kirameku Chou no gotoku nari (As the Butterfly Gleams on a Moonlit Night)
qcf, hcb+AC
Notes
…nari
Several of Vein?s move names end with the word “nari”, which I find cumbersome to translate. It is an archaic phrase meaning “is” or “to be”, and is most often used to lend a literary or dramatic flair to a character?s manner of speech.
Oni/Ten/Chi wo mo?
Near as I can tell, “wo mo” means “even”, as in “Cut that may slay even a demon”, “Light that may captivate Heaven itself” and “Purple flame that may scorch the very earth.”
Kyouki ni Sogare Otsutsubomi nari
Igor’s scar, this one is difficult.
kyou = ruin, misfortune
kyouki = madness
rakurai = be struck by lightning
RAI/tsubomi = bud
Yomi no Izanai ni Yudaneru nari
Another phrase which I cannot properly decipher.
“Yomi” = “realm of the dead” (“Hades”)
“izanau” = “invite”/“lead to”
“yudaneru” = “entrust to”
“Have faith in being led to Hades”? “Resign thyself to thy journey to death?s realm”?
Saka Manji Raikou Ha
"raikou" (different “kou” kanji) means “god of thunder.”
Ok so the game is being developed in Australia but that’s just for the game’s system mechanics right? Did some other company come up with the character designs and story?
who knows, the sprite work seems to be done by arcsys (maybe), but the character desing could be done by fk digital for what we know
I don’t think ASW has any other hand in the project, besides publishing details. Everything else seems to be done by Team FK themselves. Because whether one likes it or not, the sprite/animation quality basically is not too far removed from SCW. Not saying that as a bad thing, but that’s what can be observed…
from the interview, they said that they got help from a company, on the technology and other stuff, and the sprites seems a little ASW at least on how the look/are made so far
graphics are 100% fkdigital
i c, then i stand correct, btw woof, your av comes from oficial art or fan art? cuz i havent seen it on the site
