Has anyone figured out how to do this? I’ve been stumped. I can’t seem to find any of the menus that allow me to switch to the new themes, and it’s driving me nuts.

You probably have to go to the vault, and unlock it.
Unlock in vault, hit Y (triangle?) to make global.
