Cerritos College seems to have a lot of decent 3S players during Fall and Spring semesters (Summer is dead) so I’d like to know when people usually play. I’ll be there usually some time between 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM watching but sometimes playing. I’m the quiet Asian guy playing with a red haired Yang or sometimes Q for fun.
And for those that are wondering, all other games aren’t really worth playing.

Tuesday/Thursday seems like the best days to show up this semester.
shady and joey are the only competition there, joey sucks now because he plays yun and hasn’t kept up with any combos or nothing. He thinks he’s good at marvel so he sticks to that, and shady is just scrubby. wake up crouching forward to random follow up, always and then if you block he jumps over you, and on land does shoryu to shin shoryu.
Good job to the guy that played Ken today and got 30 wins in a row before finally losing. There were some close matches with him but he just kept beasting in the end.
The long haired guy with the Urien was really good too.

Joey - irish looking white guy playing white yun, probably the best or similar with shady. He gets really mad when he losses to anyone in cc
Shady - Quatemalan(right?) tall back haired guy with ipod on his ears. Plays ryu with shinshoryu and this guy pulls off 20 win streaks whenever he put the coins in if joey isn’t in the arcade
Big Guy - I’m sorry I forgot your name lol. This mexican guy using hugo is probably 3rd at least. he could parry pretty decently and uses standing strong pretty well. This guy pulls off 10 win streaks whenever joey and shady aren’t there
Guan - Very talkative mexican looking but asian guy who plays Yun, Yang, Ryu and Ken. He uses yoohoo for yun and seiei-enbu for yang. Hes one of the few people here that actually knows how to combo. When he does down short with yang, his next move is universal overhead 99% of the times and people get hit 99% of the times.
And there are about 10 other guys playing variety of characters. I think i’m gonna go there next wednesday to see my professor and play 3s :looney:

The MvC2 machine is not worth playing because they set the damage to the minimum; you’ll be lucky if you can take out one character before time runs out.
