Haha. That was Jebailey In Game Persona Talk, I haven’t touched TvC in months to be honest. Just can’t get into the 3 button Attack Setup. I’m just focused on Super for right now. If you want I’ll try and learn TvC overnight. Play a first to 5 for 20 bucks and after you win, we play Super for first to 5 for 20 bucks lol. That way we both come out winners.
That is awesome about the setups. I will also give you my TvC wii Stick to add to a station. We’re gonna keep the official Tourney until Sunday. But you will have plenty of space to setup Saturday and if you have enough people to do teams or whatever then you can do whatever you’d like.

So just to get an internet connection for the weekend it’ll cost me 225 for setup and everything. I’m pretty sure the live stream will be worth the effort. It will come with a 4 port hub, but i will NOT be setting up a wireless router as to keep people from hogging the internet throughout the day.
Also I will set up a little bit on late Friday night as they will give me the key to the building then. So Instead of opening at Noon on Saturday. Doors will be opened at 10 am for anyone who wants to come a little early and help setup and get things going.
Still Super will not start before 2 but I WILL MAKE SURE that it starts on time at 2 pm and the brackets are up.
I’m going to print a 64/128 and 256 man bracket and use TIO to generate the brackets but then write out the brackets to help get things run smoother with everyone’s help.
At this point TV’s are what are most importantly needed as We have tons of systems coming from anyone. So any help we can get on setups will be great. Trust me when I say we have the room for 100 TV’s if we wanted.
5 Would be uneven and someone would get a bye. So I’ll take your idea and UP it one.
If any out of state Players plan to come down and have a Team of 5 players, then I will add 2 more teams to make it a 6 team Single Elimination Exhibition.
If An out of state Team(Must not be a mix of players in Florida added to the team) Wins the exhibition I will out of pocket give that entire Team 200 Dollars Total.
My friends and I are the three from AL that signed up. We’re trying to get more people to come with us to form an AL team, but I see that there’s two people from GA signed up for SF. With AL and GA combined that would make a five man team.

PEOPLE! If you plan on attending this event, sign up NOW! Help the TOs plan ahead of time so that the event can be accommodated for the amount of people that will be here. The more people that preregister, the smoother things will run at the tournament. Trust!
There’s no reason for any fighting game player in the entire SE region to not show up for this! You have more than enough time to request time off from work, raise money for your hotel/entry/mm fees, secure a ride/flight, etc etc. SUPPORT YOUR COMMUNITY

Give me until after the weekend to write up a more thorough post and such. I want to plan a scheduled time on Saturday night for this to go down on the stream and such. Will prolly take like 2 hours so gotta plan accordingly and to decide the Teams and such. Just hope we don’t go through hell of picking and choosing such. I may just choose the people on My Orlando Team from the top finishers at my May 29th Event in Orlando.

I bid you well with this tournament! I actually somewhat recieved all my monies back, on my own I might add, and have planned something else. I really wanted to be a part of this tournament, but before it was officially announced, I had already started the charge back transactions for the hotel and everything else.
In the future I will attend a tournament in the Florida area. If any of you guys are going to EVO, see you there!
Sorry about everything that went down, but glad you got you were able to get back most of your money so far. Thank you for the support. If you have any friends around you that didn’t have as much luck cancelling everything I’m sure you know where to direct them.
If this Event is a success and goes without a hitch, Then I will be sure to plan something BIG well in advance next year that you can count on happening.
