Im pretty excited, read this article a while ago but perhaps I failed to fully understand it. Talks that Ark systems works is creating Guilty Gear for the nextgen consoles. Not like an OVERTURE most probably a fully fledged fighting game. I hope they do a cross over between BB and Guilty Gear as explained in this article

The final game for EVO’s lineup is being chosen through vote. Showing my support for the Melty community, especially since MB is pretty much the only reason I’m going to EVO.

yea so i played a guy in tekken 6 and then in a few matches in SF4…dominated…went to the arcade played a few guys in Alpha 3…owned…then played some SvC dominated…* sighs * lol then i talked to the guy at game fx up here and he said go to a place called lanshark and i went there…only heard about some guy that uses gief…i might meet him later…but i might be to drunk by then but yea…i played a guy who used only furte…owned him…looks like the mission of playing sf was a fail…but we will see what happens tonight at the drinkin scene check ya’ll tomorrow…1pm sounds like a good plan to have some lunch and what not alright hit me up fellas and let me know

Kind of, but the Blazblue being held as a main event at EVO is Calamity Trigger, the older one. The game is pretty badly balanced, and Continuum Shift is better in just about every way. A lot of people in the BB community are saying they’re not going to bother with BB at EVO if it’s CT, since everyone who has access to it is now playing CS, be it arcade or PC, and I personally don’t want to spend time practicing on an outdated game that the majority of the community most likely won’t be bothering with. If BBCS ends up hitting console before EVO and is made the main game, I’ll definitely be competing in it. But if CT stays the main game, then I’ll be ignoring that and going to the CS side tourney the Dustloop people will have set up.
Steve: My bad. I didn’t think anyone was interested in playing it, but I’ll definitely try to bring it to the next meet up.
