don’t wanna get into a debate about it, but it was my understanding that he looked into each case and decided what happened. if he thinks they did the crime then he killed them. whether his beliefs were “I believe you did the crime, so I’m killing you” or they were “Whether you did or did not do the crime, there were X circumstances implicating you as a wicked person” are unknown

Let me start off by saying after reading the wiki entry, the evidence is pretty damning against Casey Anthony. Second, if Casey were a dude, not a woman, I’m pretty sure he would’ve gotten convicted. Since this is SRK, I’m sure everyone agrees with my sentiments yes?

Wikipedia??? The evidence isn’t damning at all. In fact there was no evidence a murder happened at all. Not a single person can say for sure HOW Caylee died. The “smell of death” in the trunk means nothing because no evidence was found. Looking up “chloroform” means nothing because the corpse wasn’t tested for it. No DNA on duct tape, nothing that proves a murder took place. All that is known is Caylee died and the mom didn’t report her death. Instead of reading the Wiki entry, examine the court records, and the statements of the jurors.

Meh, the evidence was what it was, it wasn’t the prosecutors fault that the evidence had degraded to point that multiple experts had differing opinions on what was left to examine.

The prosecution did the best with what they had to work with; a batshit insane Anthony family, near useless evidence, and the favor of public opinion.

Thats not what the jury said. The prosecution failed to prove that a murder even took place.
