People often forget that making games is a business.
The sad thing is that this has to be said a BILLION times before it sinks in. And there will STILL be people yelling at Platinum about their situation.
I’ve been reading a lot of video game website lately, and every single time Bayonetta is the focus, there are at least 10 comments right at the beginning “Why is this a Wii-U exclusive?!” - it’s literally been known since the announcement that it is a Wii-U exclusive and yet people are still fucking confused. That and the very basic fact “If Nintendo didn’t back this, it wouldn’t get made” which escapes most of the idiots talking about video games.
A lot of people don’t read forums/articles or do any kind of research when it comes to games.
Which is so fucking scary to me, The last time I didn’t do some research on a game i ended up with some bullshit I didn’t want. Shit is visceral at this point in time.
