…Don’t really care for her character design. I’m I still playing a game? If I wanted numerous silly remarks and sexual appeal out of my female protagonist I’d feast my eyes on the famous porn sites all over the web. I’m not trying to play my video games and masturbate at the same time (although from playing Metal Gear Rising demo I really wish I could).
Most porn stars have the personality of a rock and the intelligence to match. Talk to just about any exotic dancer for more than two minutes to see what I mean. Them bitches wish they were half as smart or capable as Bayonetta… Maybe they wouldn’t be taking it up the butt on camera all day to make a living.
Niggas in here critiquing Bayo’s personality and character but have no problems with Ninja Theory’s complete destruction of everything Dante and Vergil were all about, and bat nary an eye to all the unnecessary usage of sex in that game.
Isn’t Platinum Games made up of former employees of the studio that made V. Joe and Okami?

Ok then, they need to hurry up and make sequels. Platinum/Clover are both amazing studios and make such great games. Just hurry up and make another Okami and another Viewtiful Joe. Bayonetta fans have waited, what 3 years? I’ve been waiting since '04 for a Viewtiful Joe 3. But an HD Viewtiful Joe 1 and 2 would be amazing as well.

They don’t need a license to make a game in the same genre. I would love to see a spiritual sequel to the Viewtiful Joe games.

Well, Platinum doesn’t own Metal Gear, and look at that! They made a Metal Gear game. Capcom should let Platinum make new Viewtiful Joe and Okami games. And Capcom BETTER NOT let Ninja Theory make the games. If they do, well then Capcom should go the route of THQ. That 101 game looks pretty cool. Didn’t it used to be Project P-100 or was that something else?
judging from that one gameplay vid of DmC where the players were dropping some knowledge of some of the behind the scenes beef between some of who are now a part of platinum games vs capcom and sony, they probably wont be ever looking to have any talks with capcom any time soon. you would have to look through the thread to find it,
Except that’s the opposite of what I was suggesting. Nothing’s stopping Platinum from making their own 2D beat-em-up and calling it “Bayiewtiful Joey: Original Character Do Not Steal”. The characters don’t matter, though that’s probably not the case for the rest of gamers, hence the bajillion-page DmC thread.

Nintendo fears piracy so that was a factor in the proprietary discs they used. It works…sorta.
