Some cartoons werent awfully bad enough to make jokes of nowadays. Some of them weren’t too popular because of the channel they were on. But post up vids from cartoons you watched as a kid.

Peter Pan and the Pirates
Someone, some wheres gotta have episodes of Peter Pan and the Pirates. That show was one of my favorites as a kid. Bots masters was mediocre, but I adored the intro.
PS: Im surprised at how well Eek the Cat and Terrible Thunder Lizards have aged. Its a really hilarious series. I needa get me a Sharky avatar.

as a child in the 80?s i used to watch thundercats, silverhawks, mighty orbots, bionic six, robotech(i used to get in trouble sneaking to watch it on sci-fi at 4 in the morning lol), mask, gi joe, visionaries, transformers, voltron…too many to list. i watched them when they first aired not when the eps were replayed on cn or other networks.

if some of the intro?s look ?anime-esque? that?s because some were animated by the co formerly known as TMS(Tokyo movie shinsha) which handled the animation for more than just afew shows that ran during the 80?s in the states. the 80?s churned out some pretty kickass shows, twas truly a defining decade in the history regarding the evolution of cartoons, a time when the sci-fi/fantasy genre reigned supreme, a time when saturday mornings were something to look forward to(at least for myself lol.) the 90?s were more about toons, nickelodeon, simpsons, beavis&butthead, etc. not saying 90?s cartoons weren?t as good?..they were just different, emphasizing different values and visual style. both decades had there good, bad, and just flat out ugly cartoons so i?m not gonna say which decade was better in terms of cartoon supremacy but i will say that if you missed out on the 80?s you missed out on a whooooole lottaaaaa radical, bodacious, fresh, gnarly, wicked awesome goodness(sorry i?m a bit biased i must admit lol.)
