What’s banned in CVS2 tournaments? Since console is the standard and not arcades, can we use E.Ryu and O.Iori? Also, can we use 2 of the same character on one team?
nope and no, whatever the arcade machine allows is what’s tournament legal

E.Ryu and O.Iori are banned not just because of console exclusivity, but because they are absurdly good. No duplicate characters on a team I suppose. Is that possible on the EO version? Also, no EX-Grooves, G.Rugal, or S.Akuma.
