I didn’t know it was available for Japan. Anyway you just need to make a japanese account and enter to the japanese PSN Store.
Can it be purchased with US PS3 game card though (dont got a credit card)
You’ll need to purchase a Japanese PSN card (or just the code, to save on shipping), as US PSN cards will not work on the Japanese network (nor visa versa).
No region restrictions based on IP?
