Original gameplay? NeoWave, like this game, has different “grooves” from previous games.
At least we know that NeoWave has a new feature, “heat mode”.

Hehe. I wonder if the ratio between all the people who complain about capcom “Re-using old sprites” would be equivalent to the ammount of fans/fanboys complaining that “They screwed up [inset character name here]! Why did they change [him/her/it]?”.
Because honestly, I’ve seen people get totally outraged when they change a character even in the slightest (like hair color, bust size, clothing, accessories, etc).
And yet, when they keep the character the same then people whine, moan, yawn, and complain.
Yeah he was, but in Slam Masters 2 Ring of Destruction, CWA Great Victor Ortega came back and was the Champion. I think Scorp was still the BWA champion though.
Scorp is too bad ass and that guy was too much, he had a cool teleport to boot too.

We got Vampire Saviour, CvS2, SF3 and A3 sprites in the same game?
I have the impression that Chun Li’s kikoken sprite is not exactly the same as Third Strike. Is it me or that is the 3S kikoken sprite drawn in a CvS2 style? What I am trying to say is that I have the impression that they are doing some sort of 3S Chun Li based on her CvS2 sprites.
Aside from the new characters, there isn’t much that can be said about what sprites are going to be used. These look like copy and paste jobs more than anything else. Does anyone remember the first CvS screenshots that came out? Using the Parry bonus stage in 3S and shit? Just wait till the game comes out before you guys start talking shit and acting all high and mighty.

Also, with there being so many WarZard characters (playable 4 + bosses), I wonder which ones will make it into this game. We’ve already seen a boss as playable (Hauzer), so they won’t go the lazy way out and just put the original 4. I just hope Mai-Ling/Tao makes it…(Chun vs Tao intro!)
Plus, with Warzards getting more exposure beyond Tessa/Tasaba, maybe we can hope for WarZards/Red Earth console port finally.

Her kikoken isn’t really a good indication to how she will be played.

Those were the early CvS screenshots. As you can see, the final game looks nothing like those. They didn’t even end up using that Ryu sprite.
The power bars and shit in the Capcom Jam screenshots look hella basic and not polished/finalized at all. The character portraits look like someone took the official character art for the game and copy/pasted the heads into little gray boxes. This probably very very very early betas, maybe even just a bunch of photoshopped sprites on what little of the game they have done, which so far only looks like backgrounds. The characters aren’t even interacting.
So yeah, go ahead and speculate all you want. I’m not gonna waste my time talking shit with nothing solid to form an opinion on.
If Jojo or any of his crew (jojo’s bizarre adventure) show up in this game, im fucking sold.

I would also say that these are just beta screens(like the ones from CvS) because some have shadows(real shadows btw :P) and some don’t. I’ll wait with my judgement till I see actual footage of the game.
