So now we got a top 8 with 3 very different Chun Li’s. I can’t wait to see which different style comes out on top this year. Of course I’m backing Mika all the way.
But seriously folks this tournament has been more hype than any in a long time. Who would have expected that I’d be watching Guile matches for the hype? Du ain’t no joke.
It’s really interesting how the characters with the strictest spacing and execution are the ones making it through while all the Kens so far have been knocked out (two of them by Xian’s F.A.N.G. who is like the embodiment of execution and spacing, seriously.)
Sim and F.A.N.G. got really far this year. If they get good buffs next year is going to be off the chain.
I didn’t get to watch everything and I’m not relying on Eventhubs’ idea of a highlight reel, anybody got the good highlights from the second round of losers?
