Kyle, I don’t think anyone wants to drop ssf4. I know I don’t, I’m not near as good as I want to be, and I know that is going to take more practice. But I do want to check out some of the other options. Obviously the whole point is to practice and get better and I agree that you have to practice one game and one character until you have reached your peak. But if capcom and others are going to keep giving us great games, we ought to play them. I know I’m considering mvc3 as a serious investment of time. I’m probably going to be playing that for… a while. Seriously though, I don’t see any game overthrowing super as the current king of fighting games anytime soon.
EDIT: as far as tvc is concerned, I own it (mainly to justify owning a wii) but I don’t have a compatible stick to play it with. If we can find two people that have wii/modded sticks I’ll definitely put some time into that too. The new guy that came last week (Graydon I think) said he has the tvc stick so if he comes back I guess we have one.
I just wanted to say ggs last night. I had some really good matches with Josh(from tburg) in particular. Also it was nice to get Nate and Edward out there for some games, unfortunately I didn’t get to play Edward but I’ll be sure to next time.
Also I wanted to remind you guys that I won’t be there for the next two Mondays. If roman doesn’t show, I’ll see about getting someone else permission to grab my tv from the back.
Other than that, good luck to those of you going to the tournament coming up!! See you all in a couple of weeks.

Just so you guys know, you should have access to my tv both Mondays that I won’t be there. I talked to my boss and he is going to bring it out in the morning before he leaves. When you guys are don’t just leave it there and he will put it back the next morning. Also if someone could put the tables and chairs back afterwords, that would be pretty cool. One table under each hanging light.
Other than that, do your thing. See you guys in a couple. Uvolt should probably be in Ohio by the time I’m back too. Pretty sweet.

Not everyone around here is free. If that Dhalsim from cleveland is going then I have no idea how to take him out. Toiyet is going so I’m going to get gibbed by his rufus. Perfect legend is going and he’s a beast with a lot of characters…

I’m in the moving truck right now, about 2 hours away from Canton! I’m gonna try to make it this first Monday, if not then definitely the next one. I’ve been really enjoying BBCS lately, mostly due to Hazama being a mega pimp. I will need one of you BB gurus to teach me more about the actual system though.
