I can’t seem to play with a friend of mine who just recently bought the game. It’s weird because its like this. If PlayerA joins a lobby both players can see, PlayerB cannot join as long as PlayerA is inside the lobby. As soon as PlayerA leaves, PlayerB is able to join. The error is just “Could not join…”. We both got all Ports from Gfwl open and UPnP active.
It be great if someone knows a solution for this problem.

Are you all in the same area? I also experience this problem when my would-be opponent is just a few kilometers away and yet we are unable to connect properly. 
Maybe it’s the netcode issue.
I get this issue with a friend constantly. We reset our modems and routers first, then we do the live connection test to make sure there are no connection issues. If that all works out, we can play just fine.
