Can't Get Super Turbo Training Mode 2015 Working

Are you trying to use some very specific ROMset to use training mode?

Requires ssf2.zip ssf2t.zip and ssf2xj.zip

I have downloaded multiple versions of these and just can’t get it working no matter what combination I use.

Apparently I just needed to click the executable a few times and it launched but now I can’t get the controller mapping working =\
