Can't get Emulator: "FBA Shuffle" to work

Hello.

So I have been trying the hole day to get FBA Shuffle to work (especially Street Fighter III, 3rd Strike), but I always get some error message when trying to load a ROM.

When I click A) in the image, this is the error message:

If I press yes the following message appears:

When I click B) in the image, this is the error message:

I tried to follow this guide: http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=171748 ( post #13 ), but unsuccessfully. The poster later says that you need sfiii3n.zip.

My questions:

  1. Where should I put the ROM file? In FBAShuffle\config\games or create a new folder named ROMs, i.e. FBAShuffle\ROMs?
  2. Does it matter which ROM I use? Could I just search google for sfiii3n.zip and download it, or is it different versions for different emulators? And if so, how do you know which one to download?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Maybe someone can help me with another emulator? My goal is to play street fighter III 3rd strike with cheats, so I can practice. Any suggestions?

i dont think the cheats work for 3rd strike on fba (i think sf2, not sf3, cant recall). try mame + pugsy’s cheats

cant talk about roms though. check out ggpo forums, it’ll provide you info on what you need

the cheats do work just google Fba Cheats and make a cheats folder and put them in

I tried everything I could think of with FBA Shuffle, but it didn’t work, so I downloaded FBA enhanced instead. Now it works! Thanks for the replies.
