I spent hours looking for a solution.
I have upgraded my laptop from Windows 8 to Windows 10. But after upgrading i cannot open one very important ppt file on my flash drive. Getting the message:
|The Presentation .ppt is incomplete. Please reload.|
I click Reload. The same error. :s
anyone have had similar issue?

You should of backed up your files before Upgrading.
Odds are if you have this problem, hundreds of people had this problem before you and posted the solution somewhere on the internet.
Google is your best friend.
