If people want to consider me good or if they want to consider me ass then so be it. you absorb first hit, throw before 2nd. if you do it wrong you absorb first hit, whiff because he’s still invincible and get punished. if you do it right breathless lands

I’ll take this MM next time I’m back. To make it all fair and square we’ll play for real legit odds: Winner pays for the loser’s cab ride home. The only catch is that I’ll play for it in MvC3. I really don’t care enough about SSF4 to make this bet, but for Marvel I’m willing to have as much fun as I can. Also, if I’m back for the tourney the winner of the MM gets to be team captain of the drunken marvel team.

Easily one of the best Rufus players in Canada for sure so hopefully we can get another set in later tonight. Oh and while I should technically use U2 against rufus I figured Id try U1 just to see how things go. That rufus preasure is intense though man, its even more scary when you got meter.
Cody: I wont continue this, but just as a FYI you can beat breathless with U1. Inthul does the samething…not always safe but if you space it just right it can be a good counter.
Alvin: I understand what you’re saying, lag sucks and it doesnt benefit anyone. However Im not going by just my online wins alone but by the feats ive had against good players in person. I know online is terrible and I knew that coming into it, everytime I go online I know latency will kick in which is why I play online casually. If I was just going by online performance I wouldn’t care if people said I was trash, however im going by my performance in the tournaments I have been in to validate my skill. Like I’ve said before, online is just casual so no one should care either way.
Edit: I dig the idea of going on team Winnipeg but it would depend if they want me or not.

Question for the tourney, if I choose to go random the whole way for SSF4, do I have to stick with the same character throughout a set until I lose or can I pick random again after winning a match (again, against the same opponent)?

That’s the biggest reason I want to come down. I wanna rep for at least the MVC3 city vs city. Gonna be playing that marvel every damn day! The biggest gripe we all had was that it’s so expensive to fly to calgary cuz of the stupid flight taxes which comes out to be an extra 100 something. Total was like 325 for round trip. You can get that pricing for vegas flights with hotel.
