Can you...

is there nay videos of the character customization on youtube ?
i cant find any .

Not necessarily. I recall CoD Black Ops having a similar issue as well. Maybe it’s a PS3-only thing, similar to being able to upload 3SOE videos to your own YT account?

It doesn’t say anything about local pair play in my manual. I’ll just assume it doesn’t work for 360. This is a pretty big letdown to me :expressionless:

In that case, I know a certain pair of fighting game show hosts who are going to be very upset.

its working for me and I’m on 360, I dont even have 2 accounts -_- your copy is rigged PONG lol

Edit: wait wtf, i have the option but it wont let me press start with the other controller o.O

WTF???

Weird. Something they’re going to be fixing with a patch maybe?

Sounds like either the 360 version really doesn’t support this function or you should wait for a day one patch or something.

But I’m inclined to believe in the former due to the manual.

Eternal Blaze did say that he actually got the option to show up on the 360… more confused now

Okay it seems to not be functional on the 360. When going to arcade mode as single player the fight request mode is optional, which lets people challenge you as you play in the arcade mode. But, when doing it co-op the fight request is off.

I say just give it time. Playing online is a crappy experience anyway as of now, I would say just wait until release day and hopefully we’ll see a patch that will fix a lot of the problems people have been seeing with it. Really hoping local pair play is available on 360.

I hope so too. Thanks for the help and chat. Time to hit some training mode

This person tells how to do it. Not the best video but its there.

I’ve already tried that. I don’t get the option to press start to join. Might be because the 360 version doesn’t support it

I’m on the 360 as well. I’m not seeing the notification for a second controller.
Maybe day 1 patch?

Unfortunately I don’t think the 360 version will ever get to do it. There’s a few indications pointing to this… such as it saying in the PS3 version’s manual that you can do the local pair play by pressing start at character select - but in the 360 version’s manual it doesn’t even state this.

Does Xbox Live co-op require Gold for both players in general on the 360? That may be a factor for its inclusion.

I’ve tried signing in with 2 gold accounts and I still didn’t have the option to join in

In multiple other games (mostly FPSs), the second user can log into a guest account as long as the primary one is signed up for Xbox Live Gold. I’ve been trying to find that feature in the 360 version of the game, but I can’t seem to find it.

Ended up LANing it…
