I’m dedicated to Tekken and BlazBlue and PSAS is what I’m saying, I don’t think I could have really misread what you said. You don’t want people who aren’t serious about the game deciding notation for a game they won’t play; I get it. dsu/123 is really dumb though 
I can actually get adapted to any type of notation really. As long it’s not abbreviated to something ridiculous, then I’m all in for it.
Oh, and I enjoy the Street Fighter notation the most.
