I don’t know how to use photo shop so any help would be much appreciated.

I’ll be honest with you… most the time people overlook these kinda threads because of the amount of request people come in with. Your best luck is to find a stickart designer. Which, they normally charge a commission price for their work, usually around 20 bucks if you’re just wanting the top panel art. And there are alot of of good designers on this site. I would recommend looking through their works first before choosing.
