How do I upload my replays to youtube? How does the game know what account to upload my video to?
first off : are these replays any good at all? or do you aim to have somebody dissect them and give you pointers?

You CANNOT upload to your own youtube account in the XBox 360 version of 3SOE. All it does is upload to Capcom’s special YouTube account for this purpose.

MS did not have the APIs to allow for direct YouTube uploading available during development… unlike the PS3 version.

You could always rip the videos from Capcoms YT account and upload them to your own.
