Poongko is really all over the place, taking risks the way he does is his strength as well as his weakness. Gamerbee started playing a very reserved and defensive style in later rounds after the reset and that seems to be the best playstyle to use against Cammy. I have to admit though that Poongko probably played his best during TGS, the best i’ve seen him play since SFV came out.

“Amateur” Cup was also packed with action. Verloren is a beast.

Funny,the Birdie who kicked Xiao Hai into losers,lost to Verloren in the Amateur tournament.
Is it just me or does have Xiao Hai basicly 0 ideas in how to fight Vega? Or did he just had a bad day again?
No problem, i like having an organized overview of tournament matcthes with high level players. I also usually can’t watch these tournaments live so i just skip through the archives or YT videos.
If anything it’s a quick way to also look upvideos of certain matchups.
Where was the amateur cup streamed, Beastapac? I just looked at the challonge brackets and i can’t find Verloren in it.

Can’t look at Capcom fighters twitch archives, 4,99! Capcom Fighters puts their streams of Premier events on their YT channel, so no need to sub really.
Maybe Verloren was in another tourney or something.

I think the one that was streamed on CapcomFighters was a qualifier. there is a second bracket on the beastapac challonge with Verloren and gilty in it who won the streamed one. No clue where it was streamed, since the beastapac channel has no vod for it but here’s a video with the top 8 of the second one.

Neon’s Nash is quite good. I’ve been playing on and off with him for years. Some sets in SFV. He’s always been strong because he’s patient, which means you have to be patient.
Both tournaments were streamed on CapcomFighters. The first day of SEAM was a last qualifier for the Amateur Cup, AC Top 16 was in between the main tourney’s pools on the second day, and Top 8 between the main event’s Top 32 and 16 on the third. That’s why there’s no separate vod for it.
