I’m having trouble linking lk > mp > c.mk, any tips?
go training mode and try with different timing
once you get the timing it’s easy to pull off
I try, but it never links.
The input window must be extremly tiny.

Never mind, I got it work somewhat, this is the only one where I really have alot of difficulty.
I can do it now, but it is blocked 90%(Lk > mp) of the time.
Okay guys, I got myself an arcade stick… now what? I’ve been playing for hours today, and I feel like I am at 60% of what I used to be using the controller. Does anyone have any tips? or is there something like a fightstick walkthrough. I guess I just haven’t figured it out and I want it all to magically click. 
actually my main questions with using a stick is how to use it. I have 5 fingers… 6 (technically 8) buttons.
Whats the best way to hold the stick? I’ve heard of “dick hold”, I’m going to assume thats something like a fist over the entire stick… and I don’t even think that’s the proper name. I’ve also heard of the “wine style” or whatever.
What’s the best posture for using the arcade stick?
Where should I put the arcade stick? On the ground? on my lap? coffee table?
Feels like I need to take frequent breaks using an arcade stick :-/
I hear the best way is to hold it is with your index finger, middle finger, and thumb.
I just need help period. I’m a total scrub. I need advice and help with spacing, how to attack, timing, etc. I can’t even get my specials off reliably.

j lk is very unreliable,i wouldnt use it to much
For other tips you will have to asks the good cammy’s
Spacing:
her dashes are brutal,u should definitely use those,she’s very quick
sometimes i do focus attack b and see what they do.If they dont move next time i do one forward and start attacking
Hooligan can also be used to get in if you dont over use it.
Against fireball spammers,neutral jump over it and move bit further and repeat.once ur close enough and they still spam it do J HK,c mk,H SA.
That will cool their fireball frenzy down.
Also check as many youtube video’s of good cammy as u can,u will learn alot of it.(Allen,Allioune,Rokubear,kenuran,WofleBlazen,EvilDrakeFang,… are some of them)
Also practice ur bnb in practice mode and fadc

how come you can do crouching weak kick into spiral arrow fine, yet you cant do crouching w.k >crouching w.p>crouching w.k > S.Arrow??

That’s because u are chaining the last c lk instead of linking the last c lk.
So u need to do c lk,c lp > c lk(slight pause to not chain this c lk) XX HSA

Guys, what purpose to block strings serve? I just do not get the application of a block string.
It’s primarily used as a setup… You condition/force them to block with your block strings then:
if they started to mash wake up EX or DPs, pause bait then punish
if they kept blocking, walk up and throw
if they mashed shorts or jabs, do a quick low hitting c.strike (not TK c.strike, because jabs beats it sigh…)
so they have to keep guessing instead of just do down+back whole day (Cammy’s greatest enemy)…

Right, I’ve mained Cammy on SF since Alpha 3 with a pad. I got myself a MadCatz SE stick the other day which has a square gate. I’m not sure if it’s me being an idiot but I’m finding it incredibly difficult to pull off any qcb/qcf moves with it. So I’ve moved onto charge characters for a bit.
Are there any tips you can give me to make it seem a little less daunting?
Only practice in training mode will help im afraid.
Its really weird in beginning but after a while u get used to it.

Also, when using a square gate, you don’t need to hit the very corner to get out a qcf/qcb motion, you can shortcut it slightly once you get the feel for the stick. Just go to practice mode, turn on the input display and go from d to f and I bet a good percentage of the time a d/f will show up on the inputs even if you didn’t try to hit it.
Spacing - getting in is earned. You don’t just expect to get in immediately. You have to put in some work and earn it. Be patient and eventually you’ll get in… i.e. against hadu spammers neutral jump over inch forward…neutral jump then inch…then next one focus absorb dash forward then canon strike.
In terms of distance…practice in the training grounds where you can see the measurements…record the dummy to do different pokes then work on your pokes to see which ones outpoke others.
