Cammy is not that good. Her normals are under average levels and you will never press any close kick becouse they suck.
Specials are garbage. SA is really punisheable (souls spiral ejem ejem, scissor kicks ejem…), her dp has 5 startup frames and it’s also really punishable, the other specials are garbage and you almost never use them. CS is so bad when it hits above the wraist that you will get punished hard too. Super is one of the worst, as well as the ultras (both) ultra 1 loses to everything bassically.
Her BnB are 1 framers and you need to do specific combos to get her Oki to work, else you will get reversal’d in the face for some more dmg.
She has one of the worst grabs ranges in the game, along with bad HP and stunt.
Struggles with turtlers and grapperls, so idk…
It’s not like Rose where you can just sapm SS everyday without fear or any chage character with unpunishable specials nor easy links to get the dmg done.

In this version she may be but last version she was broken and definately out of control she is now simply just a high tier character.

EX divekick is still one of the best moves in the game she has great footsie tools and buffers including St.mp c.mk and regular divekick
Great Jumping RH. She has great Anti air Game with both a DP and a standing HP which really destroys certain characters namely guy and blanka. She has anti fireball tech with ultra one and Ex spiral arrow overall when she knocks you down your still in a huge world of pain. Shes just toned down from one combo stunning you days lol!

How is this Cammy’s (as a character) fault? If you can’t do 1f links and “proper combos to get her Oki to work” that doesn’t mean she isn’t a strong character.
Her Oki is still VERY strong (DWU didn’t hurt her much if at all) and she can still kill you in like 10 secs.
Definitely Top 10 material…
