I know, what we can say is if cammy isn’t present in the top 30 of american tourneys, we can at least wait to see what japanese top players will do with her in japanese tourneys. I know many jap top players are learning Cammy right now, Sako isn’t the only Cammy in Japan.
I think that if Sanford hadn’t disqualified himself by accident, we probably would’ve seen either a Cammy or a Sakura in Top 8, but that’s just me. 
Many American players sleep on Cammy because she has trouble getting in on turtlers sometimes. Sad.
Many Cammy players sleep on themselves too. There seems to be very few discoveries on this board compared to other characters…
We’re all very friendly here, or at least used to be but there seems to be a lack of substantial leveling up. Seems like we’re always playing ourselves and always playing online. We need more tutorials, more strategy talk, less Sako-butt polishing, and less threads asking for Cammy revisions.
Man, I think FindMyFarms was definitely right when he called us out a few weeks back…

TBH . . . I didn’t even know who Sako was until like a week ago, that’s how little I watch high-level play.
I agree we have too much missing matchup info in the matchup thread. Like for example I’m sure we all know our Ryu and Sagat matchups. We probably played like a million of them. We could probably fill those in.
I made the same suggestion a few weeks after the game came out, but no one listened.

You’re right, I just PMed Alioune to ask some advice on Cammy. He doesn’t seem to communicate much in English, so I’ll try in French… and maybe I’ll translate that.
Yeah, just some of the gross things stated make me mad, being an 09’er myself sometimes irks me when others who are new say REALLY stupid shit like top national players are avg. I want to head out to WCW3 but don’t know where I’ll be then. Also I think you are the only person I didn’t get to play while I was in Cali, FT3 5$ next time? Rog is a match-up I desperatly need work on.

also, i am not sure if i agree with the sentiment that the cammy boards have stagnated, people are continually finding new setups, shenanigans and option selects for cammy to use, if you really think this forum hasn’t been leveling up then you havn’t been looking in the right places for information.
i agree. i just think that some of the newer threads are all over the place now and the newer information is hard to find. in addition, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of discussion around new tricks, setups, etc going on much. maybe it is because of the randomness of the threads…i’m not sure.
i just think we need to redo the old threads (combos & movesets in particular) and really build up the matchup thread.
well i will agree that the stickies need some work, but honestly it’s not that hard to get a sticky taken over, it’s just finding someone who has the time to update/make the sucker in the first place. once someone is willing it’s a easy-peasy pm to a mod and you can get the old sticky un-stickied and a new one put up.

i have no problem taking over one of them. lol.
to be honest though…i believe the movesets and combos should be one thread. not two seperate ones. ill hit up james and get his input.
now…some of you (i will help as well) need to start making match-up guides. they can be simple to start (punishers, character specific combos, etc).
edit: ok…so I decided to start writing the new, combined thread already. It is about 50% complete and will finish the rest of the thread tomorrow when I get back to work. I did send an email to james to get his thoughts and if he is cool with it, I will post it up.
