It’s qcf + KK. She has two. One with lk and mk that slides her back and mk and hk that slides her back and then jumps in the air (gets her out of the corner), but we beat both of them with meaty v-skill.
Yeah you have to be smart about your footsies against her. Mix it up and don’t become predictable. I have a feeling st hk will become really viable in this match up to blow up those counters.
I really don’t like her v-trigger and I’m yet to be affected by it. Not that I never got hit, it’s just that I’ve never been in a situation where after being hit I got stunned before dying lol.
@SunTzu81 Do you have Kolin? Could you check (and report) if there’s any visual way to tell whether you’re blocking lp (-4) or mp (-6) parabellum (knives)? The difference in punish is a pretty big deal. Also, is hp parabellum a true blockstring until the last hit or can I get punished for mashing in between? Can you do jab v-skill “OS” to chase her down similar to Dhalsim?

Also, in my experience so far it’s best not to do any rise against her to avoid setups, except ex knives into air grab. If anyone knows in what other situations she can’t get a followup, I’d be happy to know! I’m interested in learning the matchup but there’s no way I’m buying her.
Got the season pass yesterday, outside of Kolin Battle costume beeing a shameless Cammy rip-off, she’s actual more fun than I thought.
I won’t play until the next balance patch though, since the current Urien invasion makes me spit my breakfest out every time.
What I can say is:
Her V-Skill is at least -7
Her V-Trigger can hit otg
Like Suntzun said EX and L Fists are -4 and leave her pretty close, jab punish should be possible.
So far, I haven’t found anything to beat wakeup throws with.
Counters on wakeuo should lose to perfect meatys, they have 2f startup and 1f EX.
Her ice works like F.A.N.Gs Poison, hit her to reset it.
Counters can be CC’d on whiff.
Don’t know if it’s legit, but it seems you can react to her iceballs with Arrow each time she does them.
Haven’t tried to punish her slides.
Her Sweep is special cancleable on the first hit ON HIT, not on block

I think she has 3. She also has lk + hk which is the equivalent of the medium kick version (slides back, then forward).

Kolin has an easy meaty on forward throw. On quick rise, all she has to do is press st.HP and it will CC if you hit a button.
Also, something very strange about her st.MK. If you press it once, it doesn’t move her forward. If you mash it, it moves her forward. Bug?
No visual evidence other than lp hits 4 times and mp hits 5 times. Hp is a true blockstring. What is jab v-skill OS? Press jab and vskill on Sim’s wake up at the same time to chase a possible teleport?
Supposedly you can do it. I’ve seen people (and done so myself) doing st.lp vskill where the st.lp whiffs and the vskill chases Dhalsim down, but I don’t know if there indeed is a timing that it wouldn’t come out on block. Probably there is, but I’m way too lazy and Dhalsim players are rare enough.
Been trying to do Javit’s #1throw1comboDIZZY challenge with Cammy but I can’t quite seem to get even just 900 stun of a throw (hooligan even) into crush counter sequence. Current max stun I can get is 887 off a hooligan throw, crush counter st.hk, microwalk, st.mp, st.hp VTC st.hp, arrow, spike. Theoretically, if I could get a st.mp, st.hp after the V-Trigger cancel, I could hit 900, but it seems that the pushback from the first one prevents that.
c LP, s LP, walk, s MP, c MK. I show how without the microwalk the s MP misses. An easy block string to use. 2 hit confirm windows of 2 hits on normal hit, not on CH. Much easier to use because a counterhit isn’t needed. Great after a divekick. It isn’t set in stone of course. Play around with variations! c lk, s lp, walk, c lk, c mk, s mk is a vs near ko string, mainly. Cobelcog often meaties with c lk, c lp, which works great after a b+mp anti air, dash!
s lk, c lk, c lk, c mk also a vs near ko string.
My main meaty string for Cammy is s lk, c lk, s lp, walk, s mp, c mk, but I added a walk into c mk.

VTII DASH is 20 frames and can be cancelled into from normals. (Her normal dash is 16 frames)
VTII grab is about 25 frames from raw to grab (about 5 frames faster than hooligans)
VT overhead is about 5 frames slower (30 frames), but first 2 active frames won’t hit crouchers so it’s really 32 frames. I need a hitbox viewer to test more accurately.
