I can’t get it to work on Ryu. That doesn’t prove anything of course. 
edit: I meant cr. HP to cr. mp doesn’t work on Ryu when I do it.

You can do cr.HP to st.mp/cr.mk or st.mp > cr.hp > cr.mk xx …
After SoCal Regionals (as I didn’t have my own stick there), I tried executing that combo differently from watching Sako’s hands. I used to just use my fingers, but occasionally I had a habit for doing the lk, lp, lk too fast. When I tried to delay the last lk, it would sometimes come out too slow and the SA gets blocked and I get punished.
I started using my wrist to do the combo because moving my wrist instead of my fingers means it comes out slower. For me, it’s also more comfortable and because the execution is slower I don’t have to delay the timing of the last lk (or it really seems like I’m not so much). It’s more of a smooth rhythm of c.lk, c.lp, clk, hkSA now. This also significantly helped my timing on hkSA FADC into another combo! It feels my execution has really leveled up.
Overall, I just say try doing it slower or experiment differently hitting the buttons (if you’re on a stick). It’s nice to get a feel for how quick the lk, lp can link and then the lk into SA. If you slow it down, you can still get the SA out. If the SA isn’t coming out, you’re either doing the lk, lp, lk too fast or you’re executing the SA too slow after the last lk.
This should work after a cannon strike. I’m not 100 on it, but with cannon strike it should hit most characters. I can only say it works on Ken for sure.
how are you doing the st. lp st. lp hk SA? its completely confusing me, i have no problems at all doing c.lk c.lp c.lk hk SA or even doing st.lk hk SA…i just can’t for the life of me do st.lp st.lp st.lp hk SA even if i just do the basic 2 moves to practice of st.lp hk SA i’m just stood there no SA comes out, any tips?
I think you’re canceling into SA too slow.
I also find this easier in most cases. It still doesn’t always work but at least if it doesn’t you can block easily. Once the patch happens cammys normals will a piece of cake. Too bad no tkcs. Anyway it just takes some practice.
Or, more likely, new combos will be found that will be just as hard, but will deal 30 more damage, and Cammy will be balanced around those.
Is Plinking required to perform these combos or most?
If you mean cammys BnB, no plinking is required, its just timing. Some of her more advanced stuff can be Plinked though.

You’re chaining the lp instead of linking them, most likely.
Do them as slow as you can.
If no SA comes out, you are doing it too fast. If it gets blocked you are doing it too slow. I don’t think 3x lp to SA is a necessary combo though, its range isn’t very good.
I usually just delay the third hit slightly, which is the whole idea as you want the second to third hit to be a two frame link for the SA to come out.
