well, the fact that the 3vs3 CVS2 is still listed on the event should be enough reason not to worry about it. never heard about not happening. and about the sticks, 90% sure it will be on Japanese sticks. We used Japanese sticks for the 5vs5 qualifiers. unless shogo decides to do it on console at the last minute, but I doubt it. I heard someone from norcal bringing another cvs2 board but who knows.
also: If you land on LAX just get a rental, cabs here are way too expensive. what I would do is just get a rental from enterprise that way you return it on simi valley the next day.you will save some money. or you could take the the shuttle from Lax to the Van nuys airport, but then you would need to take a cab from Van nuys to simi valley, and thats just too much hassle. are you staying at Gran vista? I heard its just 1 mile from the arcade.
