I am beyond excited. But also salty as fuck because they’re not sending any more codes out until version 2 of the beta (whenever that is…).

No one on the twittersphere has had anything negative to say about the gameplay or netcode. Even people who traditionally basically just play Street Fighter are saying amazing things about it.
Injustice 1 was one of my favourite FGs of all time, but all the changes implemented are things I begged for back in the first game (like the huge increase to walk speed… like 200% lol). It took the first game and got rid of all my major complaints.

Here’s some sonicfox stuffs about the game. Excited for a neutral based NRS game out the gate. It sounds very Street Fightery, but fun ;). Hopefully this game can prey on a lot of the disenfranchised SF fan base haha.

I’m up for games with you and Jimmy etc any weekend.

May can’t come fast enough though…

As boring as it is, yeah, just Superman pretty much haha.

He’s even stronger than most all the gods in that universe… coincidentally he was also SSSS tier in the first few months of Injustice 1…

I felt the same… the first 5 episode arc or whatever was a great lampooning. And then yeh… just turns into regular shonen after that.

Ohh yea. Now way he’s getting away with a low overhead and command grab lol. I’m actually super excited to see how they rework himFox’s tweets are pretty spot on, getting a lot of the same impressions. I can see the SF with strings comparison , except the engine/traits really make each character feel unique.

Also, has anyone beaten RE7 yet? I did yesterday. Super fun game. The extreme difficulty is like… unplayable hard though :(. Don’t start on that no matter how leet you are lol

It may be early, but I think this is my favourite FG ever ;). It’s everything I wanted… and that’s without a character that fits me in the beta. Excited to try Grodd and Deadshot soon, I hope.

Not a casual friendly game at all though. And that’s a good thing imo. The amount of options available to me just feels so good. That was severely missing in SFV.

The gear idea is actually really smart. In theory, casual players will play the gear mode online, and serious tourney players will play the tourney mode. So you have casual players theoretically getting mauled less online.
