Zomg Captain Cold confirmed too and Doctor Fate. Every character I wanted was in the first wave of announcements so everything else is just cake on top… MmmmMMmmm. Gorilla Grodd, super psychic mind-controlling giant monkey? Yes please! Characters who both zone and grapple are always my faves. And Captain Cold will probably be crazy interesting space control and mobility. Probably make walls like Aganos I’d imagine, and skate around on ice ramps.
Tomorrow we get to see how ugly the game is :D! Get hype! Hopefully Supergirl looks like a girl…

general raam is out for KI today, a pretty surprising launch, i don’t think anyone was expecting it at all
he’s basically zangief with a poison effect. he sets the new standard for fastest move in the game (shadow grab is 2 frames) so he can punish things no one else can. he’s kind of this defensive wall that most grapplers end up being. should be interesting.

I was talking with my friend the day Atrocitus was announced that Dex Starr must be a big part of Atrocitus’ move set because Boon would never disappoint with something ridiculous like that. And then when it comes to Capcom I can just assume they’ll disappoint me every time…

Sonicfox says I2 is Street Fighter with strings. It’s all about the neutral, hasn’t even found a 50/50 yet, and has the walk speeds of SF. That’s exactly what I wanted to see… Gimme gimme gimme. I am happy that MK and Injustice stay very different games. So I guess it’ll be kinda like KI in that zaney character archetypes in a street fightery type game kinda way.
And the game does have a “level playing field mode” for tournaments. I are teh smartest.

Microsoft and Sony’s conferences show their differences as a company. Microsoft sees Xbox as just another gadget to put Windows on, they are more about growing the platform and getting people to use Microsoft products - any product. Sony is trying to use PS4 to keep their company afloat.
Supposedly Sony was supposed to show an upgraded Playstation this time around but Microsoft’s Project Scorpio specs were so good and the release date closer than anticipated, so they just pulled Playstation Neo from the show completely.
